Is training beneficial during exams
ULTRA AC are trying to create a healthier future for our children and youth (not only training those who compete in athletics competition) but also to train for fitness reasons ESPECIALLY during EXAMS time where training helps to decrease stress levels!!!!!
Parents SHOULD NOT keep their children from training thinking they MUST only study! (wrong mind-set)
Training is esp needed during exams. Training can bring remarkable changes not just to your body, your metabolism, and your heart, but also to your spirits.
The mental benefits of training have a neurochemical basis. Exercise reduces levels of the body’s stress hormones, such as adrenaline and cortisol. It also stimulates the production of endorphins, the body’s natural painkillers and mood elevators.
